Our Ocean Conference Exhibition Proposal Form
We thank you for your interest in hosting an exhibit at the 2026 Our Ocean Conference! We kindly request that you thoroughly review all of the guidance below to ensure your proposal is complete, reflective of the selection criteria, and you understand the obligations of hosting an exhibit if selected. If you have any questions, please contact oocsecretariat@wri.org and ooc11.kenyansecretariat@blueeconomy.go.ke.
General Information and Selection Criteria for Exhibit Proposals
Eligibility is open to all interested organizations and entities – each organization may submit only 1 proposal. The Our Ocean Conference is an invitation-only event. All organizations selected to host an exhibit will receive an invitation to attend the conference, if they have not already been invited. All exhibitors will be required to pay an exhibition fee.
Exhibiting organizations are solely responsible for all costs and labor associated with procuring, producing, transporting and removing materials for their exhibit. Each exhibitor will be provided a booth space with two side walls and a back wall to which graphics or other materials can be affixed. Additional information related to the physical specifications of booths and logistics for exhibit setup and breakdown will be provided. Booths will be provided with power.
Exhibiting organizations should coordinate directly with event organizers to ensure that their proposed exhibit design can be accommodated. Exhibiting organizations are responsible for ensuring that all objects for their exhibit (including any materials intended for distribution) are in alignment with the security, building code, restricted item, or other policies of the event venue or host government. Event security or the host government may deny entry to any objects that violate such policies.
Exhibiting organizations will be solely responsible for staffing their exhibit and ensuring the security of any objects that are a part of their exhibit, not provided by the event venue. The host government, event venue, and OOC Secretariat assume no liability for the loss, theft or damage of any items belonging to or brought in by exhibiting organizations.
OOC11 offers two participation levels: the Premium Exhibition Pavilion (USD 24,000), limited to 20 exhibitors for high-impact, custom-built visibility and guided delegate tours; and the Standard Exhibition Booth (USD 2,500), a uniform design located in the general exhibition area. Upon acceptance, the government of Kenya will provide guidance to accepted exhibitors outlining the process for payment.
